Went to Mr Kim for a personal injury matter where I was Injured by another person's accident. Mr Kim helped me understand the case, and went to work on suing the responsible party's insurance company. He lined up medical experts for both sides and kept things moving ahead on schedule. He took care of medical bills and tracking the costs, and his experience gave him confidence in the outcome of the lawsuit. While it took 3 years to get to the end, we achieved a successful outcome and it matched up with Mr Kim's prediction. Very satisfied, and while hopefully I won't have to use his services again I would happily do so if needed.

Attorney Daniel helped me with a difficult automobile accident injury case. Before I came to him I consulted and worked with 4 other notable law firms in the area. I had previously worked with these lawyers or were recommended to them by advertisements and peers, however they all did not want to accept my case, saying it would be extremely difficult to seek adequate results and could potentially only give me more suffering. Then I remembered how roughly 25 years ago, I had worked with Attorney Daniel Kim and decided to give him a call. He was the only one that decided to take my case and assured me it was win-able. After a tough legal battle, Attorney Daniel overwhelmingly won the case and allowed me to be properly compensated for my injuries and suffering. Mr. Daniel Kim has been our family lawyer for about 15 years. My family have contacted him for any legal matter. We fully trust him to represent our family interest. One such case was when the condo board unilaterally decided to limit size of my family's business signage. My family's business requires a visible signage. And we felt helpless to fight against the condo board. But Mr. Kim searched hidden NYC condo law and forced the condo board to make exception for my family's business.
